i am so excited to have an opportunity to offer in-person events! My goal is to to make the energetic arts accessible to the community, especially for those who are intuitively led to this work

Shed the frigidness of Winter, as well as the expectations of what society wants you to be. Step into a room where being your most authentic self is celebrated. In this Reclaim Your Radiance Workshop, we will tap into your most magnetic and transformative energy. The change is facilitated by me, but carried out by you.

In this time together, we will

• move energy through the body through somatic movements

• start to rewire your subconscious with neuroscience tools

• connect with like-minded souls and feel seen

• tap into your soul self through guided meditation

• experience energetic re-alignment with Reiki/energetic healing
