Hi Goddess!

It starts off like a typical Basic B story- I was born and raised in New England, I went to a Catholic high school, then college, and then went on to earn an MBA. While I am so proud of my education, my main driving force was that I wanted to please other people and have my parents be proud of me. I thought I was doing the “right thing” going to college for Psychology- my high school didn’t want their college acceptance rate to dip below 99%, my parents both had post-graduate degrees and upstanding careers. However, It was definitely not my soul pull, my true calling. I was living for everyone else.

Then in 2018, everything changed. I was at a Yoga resort in the depths of Costa Rica, earning my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification. I was 27 years old and finally started to crack myself open and realize my purpose. Since then, I’ve been catapulted on a journey of inner self and soul discovery. I’ve become a yoga teacher, a Reiki Master, a wife, a mother, and a lifetime student of the universe. In the last 2 years, I’ve developed my intuition, emotional mastery, energetic healing techniques and met my soul tribe along the way. Every day I’m getting closer to the aligned version that my soul designed in this lifetime - and I want to help you do the same.
